Could some one tell me if the following Vehicles would be d44 front and rear? If the rear would be offset? or centered and would the front have a vaccum disconnect?
Basically I am just wondering what the obtions for axles were for these 2 years. My dad is thinking 44 front and rear and spare motor to rebuild for his jeep
Thanks
Paul

He wants to much for it IMO he also had a researve on it last night. But i thought the 401 would be good to build for my CJ so I emailed him a lower offer. For what those go for around here in better shape than that

Just poking around old posts and spotted a slight faux pas. '72 and '73 were the only years a 304 came stock. Doesn't mean someone (like me) didn't put in a 304 though! :? 258 was also available from '72 to '88. (Some day, I will find myself a decent '91ish GW and put in a 4.0L drivetrain and make it look bone stock! That's what I am currently doing with my '84 J10)
