Oil filter relocation turnover time

Hoping to get some information before ordering online for some parts, I was looking at getting the oil filter relocation end plate, steel midplate and HRC gears for my '88 wagoneer but noticed a few variances on price with the end plate as well as the mention of dry sump and no mention of that in some of the descriptions. A little background, I am hoping to do this because while my timing chain cover is still good, the PO helacoiled three out of seven boltholes for the oilpump endplate and I was hoping to avoid pulling the bolts again for a good while after re-helacoiling them.
