Does anyone make a adapter plate to bolt a 454 Throttle body onto a AMC 2 barrel? I have found those that are listed for the SBC but they do not specify if the BBC tbi is the same.

I don't believe so...what are you using 454tbi for?
Howell EFI makes an adapter for the 670 TB to a 4BBL (Holley style).
