How 'bout some reasonably priced steel leaf spring degree shims?
Lotsa aluminum (junk) shims around, and a few prople selling steel for a ridiculously high price... All it'd take would be some bar stock, a milling machine and a drill press. Set up the mill w/ jigs for the various angles, have at the stock, 'n' drill 'em.
It'd be nice to set those pinion angles w/ something that's not going to break (nor break the bank!)
