From what I have learned, there are no current intake manifolds for AMC V8's for 671's. I talked with a guy who was selling a CJ on ebay with a 401 with a 671 and he told me that he had to have a custom intake manifold created for that application. Also as already stated, getting the pulleys mounted would take some work as well. Overall it is just a matter of sitting down at a table, with the parts in hand and measuring everything, then designing the system and taking the time to build it. Paying someone to make one for you is gonna cost some serious coinage! Shoot, if I had the money for a good mig welder and all the parts, I'd do it in a heartbeat. I forgot what intake manifold the guy used, but basically they chopped it up and remade the whole thing. Was pretty cool looking! Wish I had pictures or his email address, I'll see if I can dig it up!

I was just reading that the 401 has the same cylinder centers as a Mopar big block and that Mopar manifolds can be modified to fit the AMC heads. Maybe that's a start in the right direction.

    Correction:

"AMC V-8 bore centers are the same as B block Mopar BB engines and the Mopar aluminum heads can be modified to work during mfg and require a custom intake."

So maybe that's of no help.

    Dave Hoelcher wrote about it:

I have seen people use Torkers. I have also heard that BDS has a
"kit". Not sure if they also offer a manifold or not.
If I was doing it, I would try to use a tunnel ram for an intake if a "real" one wasn't available. I do remember seeing that there is another
supplier that provides a complete kit but don't remember their name
    at the moment.
