Changing Valve Springs on the Engine

Was wondering if anyone had any good tips on how to do this, I already have an air hold adapter to keep the valves from falling into the cylinder, but anyone know of a good spring compressor, all I ever see are ones for stud and shaft mounted rockers, and obviously I'm using bridged rockers.

Their is a spring compressor that grabs the top and in one of the coils on the bottom but not all the way to the bottom, let me check on this and get back to you
