I had to can the valve cover project!!!!!!!!! RANT

Chock one down for AMC engineers they make it tough to create a valve cover! Stupid pushrod angles! I wasted a lot of aluminum on this one..

4WD.com offers a set of AMC V8 Finned Aluminum Valve Covers part #6911 or #6911BL. These look like the Edelbrock ones that they produces years ago.
If clearance is a problem, performanceamstyle.com offers valve cover spaver kits so you can use virtually any Chev valve cover on an AMC motor.

Yeah I also make chevy to amc valve cover adaptors. The omix-ada covers that 4wd sells are recast edelbrock covers and probly use the same tooling that has sat in china for the last 20 yrs.

    adaptors?

Adaptors..Sheesh how much and how soon? Of all the things I like about my Jeep, the lack of valve covers and breathers isnt one of them.. Small block chevy covers are a dime a dozen and come in every configuration imaginable .

you know I wondered why some of these cool products aren't listed on the product page now I know.. With all the things I'm already gonna order I would have been dumbfounded and mesmerized (and maybe divorced) If they had all been listed at once.
