if you have a manual transmission then you need a ford bellhousing, new motor mounts and new frame mount (usually comes in the motor mount kit). New starter and exhaust system. Its an easy swap if you have those parts

Go to www.zandm.com , these guys are the Ford swap specialists. Personally, I'd say keep it Jeep and swap in a 360 or 401, both are direct bolt ins.
