Need some possible shipping help

Here is the deal. I bought a set of axles in Pittsburg, 7 hour drive at 75mph each way.

I already paid for the axles, and originally a friend was having his work crew guys stop on there way back from Iowa to pick them up. They ended up taking more items back from the job than expected so could not pick up the axles.

I have a few different options now...get a refund
Drive a 14 hour day to get the axles with gas prices and food probably close to $200 round trip

ship forward air for about $250

or see if there is anyone traveling from pittsburg area to a more eastern location in PA that could get them to there house and make my drive shorter to pick them up.

What would you suggest? I am kind of lacking the money right now to drive to get them or to ship them. (closing on the house 1 month later paying for a wedding= me being broke)
