    idrambler, where is nampa and how far is it from rathdrum? will be going
    to rathdrum id for christmas this year.

    Hi....

    From where?????

    About 400 miles south...Rathdrum is a few miles north of Coeur D Alene and Nampa is 20 miles or so west of Boise....

    i live in apple valley ca. its 140 miles northeast of los angeles located off
    of I-15east of victorville.

    Boy...that is a long haul for xmas....mother nature could play a big part in a trip up this way that time of year......If it were me I would fly to Spokane and get picked up there or drive to Idaho from there..........

    I made several trips from San Diego to Northeast Oregon (La Grande)
    but only a couple in the winter time....most were in the summer....still a pretty long haul 18 to 24 hours of drive time.......

    shouldn't have any problems. got an eagle 4x4 with liberator allterrain
    tires, 258, and a good heater. should have a new np-229 t-case in
    by thanksgiving.
