    Summer Bros. rear axle

    I always knew I had the 1 piece shafts in my AMC 20 from Summer Bros. in my CJ-8. I got a chance to talk to the guy that I bought the jeep from and he said the whole axle itself was from them. I guess my question is how strong is this axle. I don't think that this company is in business anymore because I have had a hard time finding any numbers. Thanks Guys.

    They're still in business in Texas somewhere. One of the other boards had a couple Jeeps they were advertising ..
