MC, You, once again, ARE Da' MAN! How do you know so much? They have 4 degrees of clocking to the bellhousing. Some adaptors take it up
So, where, and how long do I have to sleep with whom to find out
where to get such an adapter that you speak of? Would it go between
the TC and the Trans? I would have to measure the length of the
tailshaft into the NP205 to see if I could fudge it w/o compromise
I guess. My partner is telling me to just run w/ what I got which
is prolly what I will do after re-engineering the xmember and useing
short TC X Xmember mounts, but, if there were an easy fix I might look real hard at it. Here are a few pics of the NP205 mocked up behind the TH400 in the 79' J-Truck, it is ALMOST a bolt in swap I swear, if it were not for the clocked Trans it would dam near be a bolt in swap! I can't belive it! Even the PTO is going to fit and the old Q-Track reduction gears leaver is even going to work for the PTO switch LOL!
