O.K. I have to have it towed here tomorrow the front right brake is hung up but we got it freed to fine the brakes are very weak so for 30 bucks I'm gonna have it towed safely home.. More to follow. We will see if I have to restore it or PART it out.
** I also looked under the Jeep & ir has a QT w/all the stuff that goes w/it in the glove box BUT it also has 1/4 turn locking 6 blot hubs, HUMMMMMMM. did the J trucks come w/a QT & free wheeling hubs.
Can the hubs be used on a CJ?
Thanks,
RollBar
Better safe than sorry on the tow- good call.Originally Posted by rollbar
The hubs, on a CJ? Only if your CJ has a D-44 up there. Sounds like someone did the conversion. Check these guys for hubs and spline counts - and the QT part time conversion. There are other sites out there too, this one just happen to come up first.
