Damn neck men.....twisted it up pretty good stakcing rocks to get a stuck rig out of the north woods. I am on 4 ibuprofen, 2 tylenol 3 and 1 muscle relaxer and I am still feeling the pain pretty bad. I heard tequila help....Rollen what do you say

This may sound strange but, If you take a COLD can of soda and wrap it in a washcloth then lay on your back on the floor with the can in the curve of you neck for awhile and RELAX (real important) your head and just let it lay on the floor it will help.

If the trouble is in the mucle from the shoulder to the neck use "Tiger Balm" and have someone rub it in to the pained area (with much vigor) that will help as well.

I also believe Black Jack is the cure all, but in truth lots of water will ease some of the toxins out of the mucles and help as well.
