I see things like this all the time and I am constantly amazed. If I were to put that jeep up on my Commercial Flatbed, I have to have 4 5400 lb straps and chock it. yet this hero has the equivalent of bailing twine and buble gum and probably is wailing down the highway at 85 mph. And even if he is pulled over this "rig" will never be checked.. sheesh and they wonder how wrecks happen.
