How about a set of exhaust manifolds/headers that will allow you to bolt up a pair of TO-3s to your 304????

I have both on hand, just need the "interface" to make them one...
I bet some small modifications to the edelbrock shorty headers would work well for this application

See photo above..... A Pair of these running .60/.63 are perfectly sized for a 5.0l (304)engine.
I had thought a little about the shortys... Maybe turn them around left on right right on left... cut and refit so the outlet sits up a bit, parallel to the ground and canted slightly away from the engine....
Try to set the turbos in front of the shock towers on either side in those big open areas where the battery and washer reservoir sit.
Drop the outlet of the turbo through the radiator support to a pair of Ducted Intercoolers and back up to a plenum on top of the engine. Boost to about 12 PSI for a total of 10 at the top of the throttle body.
Anyway I would like something a bit more substantial than sheet tube. The thermal cycling is really hard on thin headers. The cast iron will support the turbo a little better too.
BTW these are going into a 74 Jav AMX....
