    cj7 304 & 727

    I have a problem with the front drive shaft hitting the tranny. any ideals to solve this mess or do I have to go with a 999.

    Does it only hit at full stuff or minor articulation? Do you have any lift to increase the drieve line angle?

    I hope you find a solution, I'm looking at doing the 727 deal in my 85 with a 360 and 300t/c, but I have 7" lift (3" springs on SOA D-44's).

    there are a few topics on the board about this. If you search 727 you should be able to find them. I believe you need a 4" lift inorder to clear the tranny
