Question on Price for a commanche.

Hay guys I found a another commanche near my house and was wondering what a good price is. It's a 2wd 4 cyls. with standard trany I think it has AC but I'm not sure didn't check real well. I looks to be in decent shape no major rust could use a paint job. The interior looks okay but the bench has some issuse and will need new tiresand probably a battery. The engine bay is fairly clean and the they said the put in a new alt. and brakes. He wants 1800 for it. I'm sure I could talk him down though. Keep in mind that if I did get it I would convert over to 4wd.

Hay guys found another in better shape but about the same in build it's a comanche sports truck 2wd standard 4cyl. for 1400 with smog and lic. what do you think.
