    Project Sandman: The Ultimate Sleeper

I've almost finished a full resto on a 1974 CJ5. Everything is stock except for a 4" lift, 33X12.5 tires, and an AMC 360 w/ Edelbrock's performer package, MSD ignition, roller rockers, & full exhaust.

Let me tell ya...the engine is hot and the jeep hauls ass. Soon I'll be replacing my drivetrain with a T-15 (4.02, 2.41, 1.41, 1.0, R 7.44), centerforce clutch, short throw shifter, and a new rear end w/ posi.

That got me thinking. The jeep is a black top 4x4, occasionaly seeing mild off-road use. Instead of making this into a kick ass off-roader, why not make this the ULTIMATE SLEEPER, while maintaining 4X4 capabilities?

That in mind, what gear ratio will allow me to achieve optimal street performance with a T-15 and 33" tires?
Here's to you, here's to me.

    Jeepsr4ever is right...I'll be replacing my 3 Speed T-15 with a 4-speed T-18.

BTW, does anyone know what gears Fuzz is running?
