    Actually, that's a page from "Performance American Style". The book is available in reprint on ebay all the time.

    The problem is that the book was published around 1972, and some of what was "leading edge" then is old news now. There's been talk of updating it, but I don't know if it will ever happen.

    I agree that MOST of that page is from the "Performance American Style" book. But I do believe that the flow comparison block is from elsewhere, eh???
