here is a few pics of the last motor, it's bad when you find 3 lifters in the pan and two cam lobs, do you think they would still take it as a core

This motor lasted two years of betting the hell out of it, I would run it at about 68 to 7000 rpm going thru mud that was deeper then the jeep it self, and it would make a 500 foot mud run with out skipping a beet, I am running 42s with a full size 60 front and 70 back with 717 gears, the day it went pop I had 4 people in it, I have never run in the past with more then two, I was standing on it a bit harder then I have had to in the past because of the extra weight I never looked at the tack because of all the mud flying, I was told it was screaming with the mud going over top of us by about 25 feet then it lost two cylinders in about two seconds and went from some where around 7000 to nothing in less then 1 second, The cool thing about this is for over two years every one thought is was a Chevy motor in it the way it ran, it went thru holes that would stick tractor tire trucks, when I popped the hood and a guy said I never saw a Chevy with the dist in the front I could only smile

    Sweet! Was it a 360?
I don't think a warranty will apply in your case
