Milodon offers one, #13700, but it requires a Timing Cover modification.
More or less mill off a mounting hole in the lower passenger side area near oil pump passages.
Thier instructions include something about welding an aluminum angle to the front of the cover.

If all you are looking for is the noise I say add a blower! It is some thing you can see for that WOW factor and adds HP.
Yes I know a drive may add HP by keeping valve timing where it should at all times.
