when i installed my kickdown lever and bracket and cable to the tranny up to the carb (holly 4 barrle truck adveger). when i open up the throttle all the way their should be be no slack in the cable correct. and the lever on the tranny should it be maxed out or should you still be able to move it just a little bit more with tour fingure. thanks 1tuffcj.p.s i got the bracket and cable from lokar. thanks fuzz.
