    If you're looking at parts, it means New-Old-Stock. It's a part that was built by the original manufacturer, and NEVER used, usually in original packing or box. It is a very mis-used and over-used term on places like ebay.

    If you're in the rice-boy world, it's a slang term for nitrous oxide (N2O), the power enhancer in the blue bottle.
