    We offer them in a 3/8 thick finished with either a flat or flat/machined ridge. Our are made from the factory print and are perfect for porting or custom headers. These have been made in the past but none have matched perfectly.

    Header flange how-to

    For those purchasing header flanges, here is a good *.pdf (Acrobat) file explaining how to fit and weld the pipe to the flange:

    Its a ballmilled channel (using a .125 BEM) to seat the gasket firmly in place.
