well the knee op didn't go well. it is degenerating so a
replacement may be on its wayi now wear a
carbon fibre knee brace just to be able to walk without
too much pain(on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being no pain)
i have a level 7 while sleeping and 8 to 9 when awake.
