I'm voting Utah or Arizona..But I want to go there..
By the way.. I am getting 19 mpg in a J-10 with a 360 3:73's and 33"s and 20 with a 77 Cj5 same setup.. I didnt think that was too bad..(Both of these are mild cammed with edel brock carbs, intakes and headers..) Of course in 4 wheel drive off road I have no clue what the mpg is but it aint much.

Pic was taken in Anza Borrego Ca. Sandstone canyon. Wow you getting great milage with that 360 Goose. Out here in Calif. we still gotta pass smog on anything 76 or newer so our jeeps still have the air pump, egr, and cat converter. Makes it tough for them to breath. We got a 304 to play with, so were gonna try it in my sons jeep. Its got a mild cam, an old sp2p manifold and a mc2100 carb. Oh yeah, just picked up 79 CJ with a T18 for the Daughter. Now we got three AMC Jeeps in the driveway.
See how they breed?
Nice CJ's =D>
