PCV Grommet Hole - Torker Intake

In the Torker Intake I have, older one, the hole for the PCV Grommet,
the internal "lip" that the grommet is supposed to fit onto is much thicker
than the gap between the "beads" on the grommet itself.
When looking at a stock cast iron intake the the internal lip is narrower.
Has anyone else noticed this or had to do anything about it ?
Like having to do some machining to the intake hole to make it fit the grommet ?

hmm you may have to run to a parts store with the old style parts bin full of different grommets

If all else fails you might be able to shave the bottom lip off the grommet and RTV it in.
