    FIRST FIRE !!! AMC 367 - '69 AMX #11,856

    IT STARTED TUESDAY, FIRED FIRST TRY after a couple cranks, manually primed fuel bowls.
    No leaks so far, ran great for 25 minutes, had full exhaust hooked up and yet
    "only 2" nieghbors stop over to "complain" 15 minutes in, I said over soon, 10:45 pm.
    So it runs, did it with car still on jackstands cause of the Master Cyl "opportunity".

    Anxious to set it back down on the ground and drive it, but alas, brakes first.

    Well I'm major bummed out man.

    Only got to drive the car 30 miles and

    it wiped out #4 Exhaust Cam Lobe and Lifter

    Guess it will be more fun rebuilding it the second time right ?

    An AMC Annual National Show-Swap-Drag meet is in Dever this year.

    A similliar event, GAD, Great AMC Day, is in Ohio this weekend.

    And the new motor is toast
