experienced AMC rebuilder in North Texas

Looking to rebuild and mildly modify the 360 in my Wagoneer. I'm not going to go all-out on this motor. I plan to either build a nasty 401 or swap in a CaddyBB later, after other mods.

I'm looking for a rebuilder in the DFW area or close by that has experience building AMC motors from mild to wild. I want to be confident that the job is done right.

Last spring, when I still lived in Fort Worth, I took mine to Wes' Machine Shop in Haltom City.

He took forever (over a month) and when I got it back, all the freeze plugs in the heads leaked.

Several years back, I took a 360 to Layne's Automotive Machine out in Springtown (north and west of Fort Worth). I haven't run the engine much but so far it seems to be running fine. It sat for a good 4 years before I put it in a vehicle and fired it up.
