you'll eventually pay for it...
and not have it.

Yeh...still no reason for the collapse.
My guess is it was do to the work being done on it and all the construction equipment plus the traffic. Bet you see more reroutes in the future.
They may never come out and say this because now all these groups want the tax dollars and more and more.
The news came out with all these bridges that need inspected and replaced etc etc thousands nation wide. well a concrete culvert qualifies as a "bridge" in the "study".
I'm SO sick of these "studies" we see on the news. Anybody can word a study to get the answers or things they want. I wish the news would print some of the questions on those studies!
But that is the government...throw more money at anything wrong.
Maybe if I had 100 million dollars I could throw at that little oil leak on the truck it would fix itself?
OK...I feel alittle better now.
If this new part can't break....what old part will??
Dude!!! When you find that oil leak let us all know so we can save the $100 million dollars I'll split it with ya
And even the NTSB doesn't take this long to "investigate" an Aircraft "mechanical" - what's the hold up with a bridge that wasn't flying??
And a culvert works for me. Can they make them that big from a single concrete pipe??? Sorry Fuzz, I know tht cuts into the grocery money
