    Chucked a sharpie into the spindle and let the machine draw the outline of the part of the aluminum. Piccasso

    Here is the backplate profile finished. It needs to be fixtured 2 more times for all the features....maybe 3. We will see how many +'s we want to add to this. The top plate (Water pump, timing marks ect) will likely have a full video of us machining it. This project is getting fun!



    I am off to Wisconsin dells to propose to the girl in my life. When I get back I will post more pics (Wish me luck!)
