    Red neck rear end removal...

I hate those silly E-brake cables, you can't cut them. But you can remove them with a Jeep!

So...now we have the NP205 ready...

    The 14bolt rear is out

The posi is on it's way from Ebay...

now we need to pull the front end and gears....
If this new part can't break....what old part will??

nice! I've seen it done like that at the wrecking yard but they use the loader and flip the truck over first. They also usually just torch everything off first

Me too!!! it was a susuki samurai and he hit a light post had to get his bumper off of his tire so he could drive. guess i pulled a little too hard for his bumper and most of it tried to chase my truck down the road.
