    I wouldn't exactly say something easy. There had to be a cause. Those factory rockers should go 100K easily.

    Questions:
    High mileage?
    Oiling problem (blocked pushrod or bad lifter)?
    Too much cam lift (valve spring binding or retainer hitting guide)?


    Make sure everything is working right before just bolting a new one on and driving away. Next time, damage may be worse.

    I saw that on a Chevy 383 once. the pushrod wore a hole right through the rocker. see if you have any coil bind or check your spring pressure.
