    360 Auto to Manual?

I have a chance to pick up an early Cherokee. The body is pretty good, however it has a blown 304 with a T-18/20 combo.
I have a good spare 360 to put in, however it is set up for a turbo 400.
My question is, what do I need to change on the 360's crank to do this? Is it simply a matter of changing a pilot bushing?
    Thanks!

One more thing, although I am stating the obvious. I know I will need to get a new flywheel as well...

As long as both engines are 72 or newer, all you should need is the 360 flywheel and the proper pilot bushing.

If you need a tool and don't buy it...
    you'll eventually pay for it...
    and not have it.
