Do you prefill the TQ converter? I've heard arguements both ways. Some say to put some fluid in it. Others say the fluid will just drain down to the pan anyway, so just fill the pan and let the tranny pump do its job. Add as necessary.

I add about 1 quart to the converter. Instructions that came with the B&M stall converter sad to. As long as the fluid level in the converter is below the converter snout how can it run out into the pan ?
