plenty it would be like going to a four barrel aluminum intake and big carb but not ever having to worry about tuning or throttle response problems!! efi would fix all fuel issues. you could expect at least 20hp if not more. with a cam swap it would be even more than that
and for milage would i gain much?
Don't look for a mileage gain big enough to offset the cost.
The MPFI will be more efficient, but mileage gain will depend on how well your carb and timing were set.
I went to TBI on my Jeep, I picked up less than 1 MPG, BUT my carb was tuned using a gas analyzer on a dyno, so all the jetting was spot on.
