Here's all the factory parts between a Nailhead TH400 and an AMC 360 in a 1973 J-4000. I believe all the fasteners are there, as I have not disturbed it from its place on the garage floor since the combo was separated. :D

You may want to check over at the IFSJA. Someone there was looking to put a TH400/D20 behind a 401 and had the tranny and case but not the adapter for the old nailhead tranny to AMC engine. I believe it was in the wanted forum.
