    PCV GROMMET

WILL SOMEONE MAKE A PCV SOLUTION? THE AFTERMARKET MANIFOLDS DO NOT TAKE THE FACTORY PCV GROMMET. THE GROMMETS YOU BUY ON EBAY DO NOT FIT PROPERLY. THE LATER MANIFOLDS HAD A THREADED HOLE WHICH RESULTED IN A BETTER SET-UP. CAN YOU MAKE SOME TYPE OF THINGY THAT MOUNTS IN THE AFTERMARKET INTAKE PCV AREA THAT WILL WORK?

I know jeep still sells them new. I can't find the part# and my microfiche is long gone . I have sold a few in the past with no complaints of not fitting, and I know one of the guys was using an edelbrock fuel injection system.

    PCV Grommet

I found there are 2 different PCV systems used by AMC on the V8. The later system used the screw in fitting. The PCV valve is different on these. When going to an Edelbrock manifold, they used the earlier PCV system design.

Solution - goto the parts store and get a grommet and PCV valve for a 1973 CJ5 304V8 (yes there are other years and applications) put the grommet in the manifold (add cursing) push in the PCV valve, run hose and done.
