Might be my last post for a while

I work for a large car dealership in Mn (Denny Hecker). I was told today that it is buisness as usual with the kicker that I should take all of my personal belongings home with me. I sure wish they would just have the balls to tell me so I can start looking for a new job. So if I don't post for a while its because I'm jobless, & I have no puter at home.

I'm thinking positive thoughts for ya. I wouldn't want to be without a job in the current economy. Could happen though, I hear our company is building a site in India.

Sorry to report that I think BREK is out of a job, reports here on the news 6 Hecker dealerships closed, Forest Lake Chrysler being one of them, I think this is where he was at, and 3 more stores sold.

Yep...Talked with Brek a little while ago he says 6 Denny hecker stores went under and they are now guarded by security not letting anyone in or out. He thinks Denny was in bed with Chryco finacial and they wanted 20 million after balking at the pace of business and Hecker folded. Damn! Lots of larger automotive businesses going belly up

It's a bad deal for all the employees, I'm lucky I got out of the dealerships, we've kept busy at the ind. repair shop, and I'm thinking, and hoping it will stay that way due to the manufacturer/dealership problems I think people will keep their old junk and fix it.

Man, that sucks - hate to see Brek go. No worries, though. I know he'll be back! We just had a huge 50 year old dealship chain fold also here in atlanta:
