"MC" New P.S. pump relocation bracket is here

MC. I have a pattern for you of the PS pump relocation bracket I have made. I see lots of guys asking for it so it should be a hot item. I needed more room for my HEI dizzy as do others. It moves the PS pump down about 5-6" It still leaves room for the fuel pump.

It is simple and should be made out of 3/8" alum for rigidity. It could be made easily on your plasma table. It could be offered with 3 socket head 3/8" bolts and 2 round tube spacers to adjust for fan belt lineup.

    Edit 05/09/2011:

Here are some pic's of the installation with the new bracket:

I'm open to moving the PS pump a few inches!!! Have the HEI issue myself.

Put your pix on photobucket (see the response to your other thread) and add in your engineering tips. If MC doesn't do it, post up and a lot of us will go with it if it works!!

I haven't figured out how to download from photo bucket to this site. Maybe you could give me some further instructions. Meantime I believe this is the url to my album. You can see the pictures there.

Late Edit: I figured it out. See above.

Elliott at IFSJA had some brackets ready to sell, he had inspiration from my dual pump set-up, but IIRC he made an option to do a single relocated pump. He may also be on this forum as Elliott.

No problem, just select the img code block for your pic and copy then past into the forum.

So what's happening with this? I would like 1-2.

I think this did not go anywhere with MC. After I made my brackets for myself I sent the pattern to Mudrat as he needed one. Maybe you can get him to make you one or one of the pattern. I think MC is missing the boat on this one!

p.s. The pic's are back up! Go back to "Pictures of the PS relocation bracket post."
