I made tons of stuff, but it high wheelin season and I'm renovating and wrenching and vacationing and working, etc, etc. Not much pic postin time, even been ignoring my own forum.

Products - Made some bad-ass Pentagram rim centers and a 1/4" front frame/winch mount for my CJ. 3/8" spring plates and shackles. LED light lixtures for a closet. Al. door kick panels with dumptrucks for my neighbors shop. door knob hole covers for a door manufacturer out of aluminum. stainless grill trim for a CJ with a Toy grill. a plate holder for the kitchen=happy GF. Arbor holders for toolcarts in my bud's CAD/CAM center at a brand new school, titty brackets for a roll cage, 5" web gussets for a cage, 8.8 diff rings, air shock brackets for a Toy, TJ bumpers front and rear, XJ front bumpers, I could go on and on. Oh - stainless gangbox covers for A/V cables and COM ports for schools and hospitals. Getting $4 each with 18second cut cycle. Cuts faster than I can load.

Maintenance - None. My machine has been working absolutely perfectly for months. I clean it.

Bitchyness - Once you are over that steep learning curve and know the machine, its gravy. I run CNC for a living, ya gotta get your groove going on each machine and master it, this 'hobby' machine has turned out to be mostly trouble free. It is a joy to run, not like a chore to get a part off it.

Productivity - I sold my very first cuts as finished products in stainless, aluminum, and 3/8" steel, from Hypertherm cutting specs. I can blow thru a 4x4 sheet of 1/4" for an XJ bumper in 15minutes, sold the parts for $300.

    Software -

Mach3 is as resilient as any industrial software out there. I leave it running for weeks, hell, months. Never a glitch.

SheetCAM is a little quirky, but gets the job done fast once you know how make it do what you want. Also very stable software. I leave it running 24/7. Had to have a custom post sent for the DTHC at startup, but dealing with the various players was fine and I felt well taken care of, quickly, by email with downloadable solutions. I think buddy is in England, so that was pretty cool.

Hypertherm Powermax45 and machine torch. - powerful, smart, and reliable. It was expensive, i'm cheap as hell, it was worth it. my local dealer is great. Jim Colt's awesome tech all over the web supporting the machines. Consumable life is excellent, and I cut a lot of free (dirty) steel over water.

I am 100% satisfied with the Bulltear 4x4, I've had it running since about Xmas, and think it was a $wicked$ deal.

pics forthcoming at some point. or more camping!....

ok, ok, its raining. Here's some of my stuff.

EVERYTHINGS holds up great when you design it yourself!!!!

20x24 shop with a CJ and I can work all around the vehicle.
The table fits, don't think you can't fit something this big in your shop.

    general view

can swing a jack and still walk around the back of the CJ.

I guess that settles if I'm just strokin MC for a free sticker or something.

    The machine works tits.
