    T10S ID?

I have a T10 Trans in my AMX with markings on the tail housing T10P-7A and T10P-1B on the case. The tag reads AS8-T10S, any ideas what this was originally in? Also there are no grooves on the input shaft.
Also has a build date of 1972......funny nobody in any forum has helped me......strange.

I looked at the one for my 70 AMX and apparently the T10P-7A and the T10P-1B are Part Casting Numbers for "W.G. Div"....Warner Gear Division also cast in mine are the same.
My tail shaft it date coded H-25-69 and my case is 1/27/70.
I can only assume that AMC started out with an A for for January. That would jive with the build dat on the case being Jan. and the cars production date.
Tags been broke off before I got it but I know it's the original for the car.
    Hope this helps.
