    New Engine in Timing??

I got my new engine in and running. It is an 80's 360 bored 40 over, 9-1 compression, comp cam (cant remember the number right now but it is there Offroad/RV style), offenhauser intake, and F.A.S.T.'s EZ EFI. The motor is running good i think. The EFI is still self learning but my question is I have the timing at about 15 degrees and the idle is around 800. The Idle actually seems a little high once its warmed up. Any thoughts on where the timing or Idle speed should be?
