    Looking for headers in CJ7

Hello I´m having some trouble finding Headers for my 401 AMC stroked to 443cui

Any of you guys know where I can find a quality set of headers that fit this description:

Headers for AMC engines in CJ7 Willys and are 1 7/8"

Maybe 1 3/4" would be enough but I prefer the 1 7/8" if there is any chance

I bought some Hedman Headers 1 3/4 but when they came they were 1 5/8" and very poorly made not happy with them at all thinking about trowing them in the trash !

I don't think anyone makes them. Maybe Hooker headers or some custom overpriced guy like "Headers by ED".

Did you build this engine with the crank and rods everyone bought into awhile back? I have the crank and rods but still need the pistons.

I would love to see someone offer stepped headers for these engines. Wish I had a Tig welder...

    Engine specs? Dynoed yet??
If this new part can't break....what old part will??

    401 Block
with Comp Cams Xtreme Energy™, XE274H camshaft
    Rhoads Lifters
    double valve springs
Manley race series 2.10 intake valve (440 crysler)
Manley race serries 1,74 exhaust valve (440 crysler)
    Forced pushrods
Bulltear custom made pistons with 9,8:1 compression for 58cc head
    Eagle H-beam connecting rods
    double roller timing
    deep sump oil pan
    crank scrapers
    HEI distributor
    Summit ignition system

Heads are 52cc AMC heads with dogleg
Ported and polished for many many months and should flow enough for + 600hp

Intake manifold is EDE Torker ported and polished

This engine is going in a Jeep Commando 1972

I can TIG weld a set of my one but they newer work as well as for example Hooker Super Competition headers
