Sorry don't have a source for block heaters. JC Whitney is showing a couple oil pan heaters though ...

Does anyone know the size of the freeze plug for a 1986 AMC 258 and for a 1977 (I think) AMC 360?

I am also going to check into the lower rad hose install, from what I hear it is easier and works the same.

I have a magnetic one like this some one gave me, haven't tried it yet but from what I hear, they don't work so good:

    NAPA: 258 CID ('86)

    NAPA: 360 CID '78

Lower radiator hose, same link as above for the 360:

Question, which is better, the block or the hose installation?
