How much lift will stock valves / springs take?

Does anyone know how much lift the stock late model head with exhaust valve rotator will take before either coil bind or the retainers hit the stock gudes / seals?

About .500" lift, plus or minus about .020", depending on machining and wear. The rotator was only used around 1973. They really aren't needed, I just replaced them with standard retainers on my heads. I think the valve stems on the rotator equipped exhaust valves are slightly larger.
