    is this part number a 69 or 70? I do not have it in front of me so I can't see the center counter weights to tell.

    Is there any benefit for using a 70 crank over a 69 or are they jsut balanced different.? Does Bulltear sell Billet 390 cranks?

    No more billet cranks for now. The only advantage is that you may not have to rebalance.
