    Hydraulic clutch and headers

Im finishing up my 401 install on my 75 CJ5 including Hedman Elite thick flange headers and T18 trans. I want to install a Hydraulic clutch and have researched diffrent master and slave cylinders, but I don't think there is enough room to install it.... too close to the headers. Has anyone completed this install?

Probably too tight if you're using inside the frame headers and an external slave cylinder. If you're set on a hydraulic clutch, you might try an internal hydraulic throwout bearing.

Personally, for reliability, I prefer a mechanical clutch. Very little to fail on the trail. Pretty hard to start/stop on the trail without a clutch.
