Which Valve Gide Seals to Use

Matt sent me some when I rebuilt The War Wagon's 360 years ago and forgot which ones are best.
I picked up a 83 J10 Sport Side that need some help as it smokes on start up after setting so I was planning on changing
the valve guide seals. Getting old stinks, I can't remember crap any more.(CRS)

    Thanks,
    Jim

Throw the rubber ones in Jim. There are polyacrylic that come in kits but if your replacing run the rubber ones.

Just a replacement without removing the heads, go with the rubber, Like MC said. If you're pulling the heads and having machine work done, have them machined for positive seals.
